DCUO - assisting a distressed citizen...in a manner most surprising

The first time I did this was on the taller building across the way while heading to get the achievement for being on top of LexCorp. I saw a Distressed Citizen standing on the rooftop with an icon above her head indicating she was interactable, so I interacted and down she went and I literally laughed out loud because I wasn't expecting it. Kind of wish I had gotten to record that one because it's a taller building and no ledge for the body to land on.
