Get ready to flow with this 20 minute hip opening yoga class! In this flexibility yoga flow, we will move through both static and dynamic stretches to relieve any tension or stiffness in the hip flexors.

Use this yoga flow to open the hips and hamstrings (for better mobility), to help relieve any low back pain or tightness, or even for post workout as a routine stretch for quicker recovery.

This is also a great daily yoga practice to use to work towards reaching your leg flexibility goals!
