A communicable disease is one that is spread from one person to another through a variety of ways that include: contact with blood and bodily fluids; breathing in an airborne virus; or being bitten by an insect. Noncommunicable diseases (NCDs), tend to be of long duration and are the result of a combination of genetic, physiological, environmental, and behavioral factors and they are not passed from person to person. 1000Steps is an initiative by Sri Shakthi International School to present 1000 Hands-On activity Videos over the next 40 weeks on social media platforms. Each day you can expect 4 videos at the following timings : 11:00 am, 6:00 pm, 7:00 pm, 8:00 pm on our Facebook pages, YouTube Channels and Instagram accounts. The initiative will run from 19th July 2021 to 19th April 2022. One can expect videos to be in the genre of Morning Assembly, Concept Activities, Interesting Experiments, Arts and Sports Integration, Speech Projects, Celebrations, Achievements, Flagship Events, Expert Sessions, Career Conclaves and even Olympics 2021 Reviews.
