A lot of people have difficulty falling asleep and sleeping peacefully. They often wake up in the morning stiff and sore.

Often, we try to relax in the evening after work and dinner. We sit around reading, watching TV, etc. This sitting around can create tightness in the hips, low back, legs and just the entire body in general. This tightness makes for a restless night sleep that causes you to wake stiff and sore in the morning.

Dr. Joe shares with his viewers the stretching routine that he has been using for years right before he goes to bed. It relaxes the mind and body thus resulting in peaceful sleep. You wake up feeling refreshed and feeling great!
