കോഴിക്കോട് - നിപ വൈറസ് ലക്ഷണങ്ങളോടെ ചികിത്സയിലായിരുന്ന പന്ത്രണ്ട് വയസുകാരൻ മരിച്ചു . ഈ മാസം ഒന്നാം തീയതിയാണ് നിപ ലക്ഷണങ്ങളോടെ കുട്ടിയെ ആശുപ്രതിയിൽ പ്രവേശിപ്പിച്ചത്
പനി ബാധിച്ചു ചികിത്സയിആയിരുന്ന കുട്ടിയുടെ സവപരിശോധനയ്ക്കുള്ള ആദ്യ സാംപിൾ പുണെ വൈറോളജി ഇൻസ്റ്റിറ്റ്യൂട്ടിലേക്ക് അയച്ചിരുന്നു . ഇതിന്റെ ഫലം ഇന്നലെ രാത്രി സംസ്ഥാന ആരോഗ്യവകുപ്പിനു കൈമാറി
രണ്ടു സാംപിളുകൾ കൂടി പരിശോധനയ്ക്ക് അയയ്ക്കും . ഇതിലും രോഗബാധ സ്ഥിരീകരിച്ചാൽ മാത്രമേ ആശങ്കയ്ക്കിടയുള്ളൂയെന്നും നിലവിൽ ഭയപ്പെടേണ്ട സാഹചര്യമില്ലെന്നും ആരോഗ്യവകുപ്പ് അധികൃതർ അറിയിച്ചു . ഞായറാഴ്ച പ്രത്യേക മെഡിക്കൽ സംഘവും കേന്ദമെഡിക്കൽ സംഘവും കോഴിക്കോട്ട് എത്തുമെന്ന് അറിയുന്നു . ചികിൽസ തേടുന്നതിനു മുൻപ് 12 വയസ്സുകാരൻ മറ്റ് രണ്ടു ആശുപ്രതികളിലും ചികിൽസ തേടിയിരുന്നതായാണ് വിവരം . സമ്പർക്ക ബാധിതരെ വിലയിരുത്താൻ ആരോഗ്യവകുപ്പ് വിവരങ്ങൾ തേടി വരുന്നു.2018 മേയിലാണ് കേരളത്തിൽ ആദ്യമായി നിപ്പ് വൈറസ് ബാധ ഉണ്ടായത് . പേരാമ്പ് ചങ്ങരോത്ത് പഞ്ചായത്തിലാണ് ആദ്യം കേസ് റിപ്പോർട്ട് ചെയ്തത് . ഇരുപതോളം പേർ മരിച്ചു . 18 പേരാണ് അന്ന് വൈറസ് ബാധയേറ്റ് മരിച്ചത് . കോഴിക്കോട് , മലപ്പുറം ജില്ലകളിൽ ഈ വൈറസ് ബാധ ഏറെ ആശങ്ക പരത്തിയിരുന്നു . ആരോഗ്യ പ്രവർത്തകരുടെ ഊർജിത പ്രവർത്തനത്തിലൂടെ ജൂൺ 30 നാണ് മലപ്പുറം കോഴിക്കോട് ജില്ലകളെ നിപ്പമുക്തമായി പ്രഖ്യാപിച്ചത് . 2019 ൽ കൊച്ചിയിലും നിപ്പ് വൈറസ് ബാധ സ്ഥിരീകരിച്ചെങ്കിലും ഏറെപ്പെട്ടെന്ന് തന്നെ അത് നിയന്ത്രണവിധേയമാക്കാനായി .
