Court orders arrest of Governor Mutua over money owed to an investor

A court in Machakos has issued an arrest warrant against Machakos governor Dr. Alfred Mutua, for failure to comply with a court order.
The order issued by Machakos principal magistrate C.N Ondieki, to the Machakos OCS, requires the arresting officers to execute it immediately, or have the governor pay a sum of 5.5 million shillings owed to an investor, as ordered by the court. The arresting officers have therefore been ordered to return the warrant as soon as possible, or the money that the governor failed to pay.
