[DFFOO] Manifestos of Fury, Busted non BT single target utility

I did used him in Arc 3 chapter 7 but he doesn't perform well than I thought (more like it's a RNG run with Kefka spam hp atk) so I used him in the single target boss fight and boi oh boi lol 😂. Ramza friend to added more hp cap to see how hard he can hit with those EX and LD.
