Using Equity from your OWN home to buy a Property Investment... Good Idea??

I get asked this ALL The time... Should I use the equity from my own home to find property investment strategy. "I have £200K in my home, is it a good idea to buy three Buy-to-lets with it?" This is a more complex issue than most people think so I HAD to make a video about it.
