How Blood Pressure Is Related To Brain Age | Modern Healthspan

In this video we review a study looking at blood pressure and how it affects BrainAge. Where BrainAge a metric derived by by examining MRI scans. In the study they show that increased blood pressure causes an increase in BrainAge and hence a decrease in brain health.
