This California man managed to get arrested three times in three days...

Here's a timeline of events:
- August 2, 2021, at 9:45 pm - Glendale Police arrested 23-year-old Kaelun Scharrer, for vehicle theft and possession of drug paraphernalia
- August 3, 2021, at 9:30 am - Scharrer was arrested and booked for trespassing
- August 4, 2021, at 6 am - Immediately upon being released, he decides to steal a flatbed truck

This was all possible because of Los Angeles County’s “Zero-Dollar” bail schedule.
