In a speech to the National Press Club, Malcolm Turnbull has delivered a scathing assessment of Scott Morrison's handling of the submarine deal with France and the new Aukus partnership. The former prime minister says it is 'an appalling episode' in Australia's international affairs and that the consequences will 'endure to Australia's disadvantage for a very long time'
