Sadly, this is the question I receive more frequently from students. Their reasoning generally explains that they are already doing fine. They don’t need an individualized plan. Others may explain that it can be time consuming. These are good points. But, by having this plan organized, learners become more efficient at learning. Knowledge is more applicable. Problem-solving and critical thinking skills increase. More time is available as it is used more efficiently.
