
Hawk 108 crash: RMAF to carry out thorough technical probe

The Royal Malaysian Air Force (RMAF) will conduct a technical probe into the Hawk 108 aircraft crash at the airbase here last night.
RMAF deputy chief Lieutenant-General Datuk Mohd Asghar Khan Goriman Khan said they would conduct a thorough probe into the incident, which killed and injured two servicemen
At 10.07pm last night, a Hawk 108 aircraft crashed at the air base here.
RMAF had identified the servicemen who were killed as Captain Mohamad Affendi Bustamy while the injured was Major Mohd Fareez Omar.
Mohd Fareez is being treated at the Seberang Jaya Hospital here.
