New LIGHTROOM 2022 Masks...is PHOTOSHOP Obsolete?

The Lightroom 2022 update (Lightroom 11) added some powerful new masking tools and features for making better local adjustments. But are they good enough to make Photoshop obsolete? I cover what I like most about the new Lightroom masks, what I think Lightroom can now do better than Photoshop and when Photoshop is still better or even necessary.
