Is your county a government or a corporation?

Please check Dun & Bradstreet at www.dnb.com and search for your county (like "County of Orange"). You will find out that your county is a for-profit corporation that has CEO, CFO and human resources. Then research your police force. You will find out that they are also private, for-profit organization hired by your county corporation. They are nothing more than hired security pretending to be a governmental employee.
