“Will Use Nukes If...” Putin’s Nuclear Warning To West; Zelensky To Address NATO As Fighting Rages

After 28 days of war, thousands of Ukrainians have been trying to escape Mariupol as Russia continues to bomb the city. Ukraine has called Russia’s siege of Mariupol a “genocide” with at least 100,000 civilians trapped in the city. Pentagon has said there are indications that Ukraine is now 'able and willing' to take territory back from the Russian military.

Meanwhile, Russia has not ruled out the potential use of nuclear weapons in the ongoing war. Kremlin has warned that they would use nuclear weapons if Russia faced an existential threat.
