State Capture Report | Eskom says has team in place to ensure report recommendations implemented

Eskom says it has a team in place to ensure that the findings and recommendations of the State Capture Report are implemented.

The team of internal and external lawyers is tasked with recovering stolen funds, prosecuting implicated persons and taking appropriate action against those still in Eskom's employ. In the latest instalment of the report, the commission recommends that former Eskom executives and board members should be criminally charged.

Among those implicated are Matshela Koko, Anoj Singh and Brian Molefe.
