As a signing agent there are forms in the loan package that we have to make sure the signer fills out. Do you know what to do if the signer says yes? Knowing how to handle the signer completing this form can be instrumental in the loan signing process. While you aren't responsible for the signers answers you are required to make sure that they complete the forms to the best of their ability.
