Philippines Beach House Build Day 364: Hair Split Air conditioner Installed and Mooring Suggestions

Today the Haier split type air conditioner unit is installed in one of the airbnb style guest rooms. We begin a new part on the roof construction at the roof decks. Preparation for 100 person birthday party begins for our nephew from Sweden here on vacation. Tile work on the rear stair case looks amazing. I go check the beach as we have a rising tide over the few nights. King Tide as they call it here will peak the following night. I ask for your suggestions on a mooring on the sandy smooth bottom to the sea here.
